Cabin in Winter

"Cabin in Winter" This is another painting I created, which was inspired by the snowy hills and woods here in Brown County, Indiana. The moonlight comes softly through the misty glow of the woods, casting long shadows across the snow. The deer are happy to have a quiet, snow-softened world to themselves. And the owner of the cabin is glad to have a warm, cheerful fire inside, welcoming anyone who happens to wander by on this frosty night. As I create more paintings, I'll share them here, from my Misty Glow Studio!

Autumn Colors by Waterfall

"Autumn Colors by Waterfall" The fantastic fall colors in Southern Indiana led me to create this painting. Although cold days will be coming, the warmth of the sun-filled valley can be appreciated by anyone. The young deer at the water's edge is happy to have plenty to eat and drink, as he, too, prepares for winter. I'll be creating more paintings over the coming year, and I'll share them here, from my Misty Glow Studio!
